He was predeceased by: his parents, Murphy Davis and Irene Davis; his niece Connie; his brother Charlie; his wife Carolyn; his sons, James (Sandi) of Fulshear, TX and Shane (Roxanna) of Willis, TX; and his grandchildren, Brooke West (Dillon), Jake (Autumn), Chance and Taylor Davis.

He is survived by: his brothers, Richard (Jackie) and Roger (Diane) of Arkansas.
