J., Kohle Davies, Eric Davies, Patrick McCurry and Kathy Hatfield. He was also cherished by numerous nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jerry's honor to The House of Hope in Madisonville, Texas.
