She is survived by: her mother May Tisdale (Cook) of Madisonville; her husband Frank Kelly of Madisonville; her sons, Chuck Kelly (Lindy) of Madisonville, Clint Kelly (Clara) of Madisonville and Cole (Courtney) of Madisonville; her grandchildren, Anna, Bo, Olivia, Courtlyn, Kace and Cutler; her sisters, Cindy Harger (Kent) of Huntsville and Carolyn Bailey (Paul) of Madisonville; and her father-in-law Bo Kelly of Madisonville. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
