He is survived by: his parents, Leslie Sandel and Denise Sandel; his brothers, Cody Sandel and Tyler Sandel; his grandparents, Lloyd Jones, Janel Jones, Linda Kelso, Kenneth Kelso, Libby Winter, Charlie Winter and Jane Winter; his uncles, Robin Fiese (Winter), Richard Fiese, Bradley Winter, Sada Winter, Jeremy Winter, Rachelle Winter, Brandon Winter, Jenni Winter, Kris Kelso, Lacy Kelso, Lloyd Jones Jr. and Lavonne "Ko" Jones; and his cousins, Landon Winter, Quinn Winter, Jackson Fiese, Stetson Winter, Parker Winter, Audrey Winter, Kasen Winter, Madeline Kelso and Lane Kelso.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to Texas Council of Child Welfare Boards.
