He is survived by: his children, Donna Romine, Debra Kay Romine and Joseph Lee Romine; his grandchildren, Marshall (Krissy), Crystal (Jermaine), Jenny (Olayinka), Tyler (Victoria) and Edward Vann; and his great grandchildren, Alex, Jordyn, Brielle, KayLee, Kai, Gavin and Liana. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
