She is survived by: her children, Theresa Keith, Kim Williams (Mark), David Horton (Cheryl) and Jimmy Horton; her grandchildren, Melissa, Kayce, Chandler, Deryl, Shanda, Whitney, Ashley, Dustin and Kelsie; her siblings, Joyce Colegrove, Janette McPherson (Tom), Brenda Hardin (Tony), Betty Nickelson (Robert) and Lanny Gaddis (Cindy); and her aunt Louise Stephenson.
