He is survived by: his mother Joyce Watkins; his stepmother Dianne Ferrell; his children, Megan Urbanovsky (Andrew), Tiffany Hickman (Ronnie) and Spencer Ferrell (Megan); his girlfriend Laura Lewis; his daughters, Barbara Hester and Michaela Bolte (Tyler); his grandchildren, Axton, Kylan, Brycen, Hazel, Remi, Titus, Brynnleigh, Brantley and Brecklynne; and his siblings, Mandy Duke, Lonnie Ferrell (John May), Shannon Rosenbalm (Russell), Chad Ferrell (Whitney), Lacey Mills (Ryan), Bubba Watkins (Kimmy) and Gary Watkins (Kim). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
