She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Sue Pruitt and Bobby Joe Bridges; her stepdaughter Jackie Forstner; and her son James Wilm. She is survived by: her husband Robert Forstner; her children, Lori Howard, Annette Mintun (James), Brenda Forstner, Robert Forstner Jr. (Kelly) and Mike Thompson (Luann); and her siblings, Joe Bridges (Sharee) and Tammy Box (Bobby). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
