She was predeceased by: her mother Martha Hanson (Geist); her husband J. D. Menasco; her father Floyd Hanson; her parents-in-law, Arthur and Lena Menasco; her brother Floyd Hanson Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Lawanda Hanson (Ansley), Dolores Hanson (Wilson), Sarah Richards (Newton) and A. B. Menasco; and her daughter-in-law Mary Menasco (Garrett).

She is survived by: her children, Patty (Cary) and Jan (Mark); her brother Roger Hanson; her son Rick Menasco; and her grandchildren, Cole Menasco (Samantha), Lauren Terpenine Day (Andrew), Brittany Leard Smith (Dan), Jefferson Leard, Matt Thomas (Shannon), Jerri Thomas Middleton (Stephen) and Clay Thomas (Mallory). She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
