She is survived by: her husband William Downing; her children, Debbie Norman (Steve), Cindy Compton (Gary), Brenda Severied (Martin) and Wayne Downing (Velma); and her siblings, Chris Valencia (Chisu), Fran Valencia, Diana Pace and Lorraine Bisset (Dave). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
