It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Martin (Mabank, Texas), who passed away on August 10, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Fortney and Clara Fortney (Morris); and her husband Lawrence James Martin. She is survived by: her brother James Fortney of Marion, IN. She is also survived by 5 children; 12 grandchildren; many beloved great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.

As per her wishes, there will be no viewing or services and she asked that in lieu of flowers, she would like everyone to consider donating to their favorite charities and/or causes.
