He is survived by: his parents, Nick Nicholson and Kelly Nicholson; his wife Ciera Nicholson; his sons, Kolt, Kade and Kason Nicholson; his brother Timothy Nicholson (Jacee); his grandparents, Gerald, Fran Nicholson, Judy Luetzen, Ken Gooley and Jemima; and his nephew Eli Nicholson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, loved ones, and friends.
