He is survived by: his son Leonard Wayne Owens Jr.; his daughters-in-law, Rhonda (Michael Glenn Owens) of Mabank, TX. and Tabitha of Mabank, TX.; his daughter Michelle Leigh Owens Carson; his son-in-law Dan of Gustine, TX.; his adoptive daughter Jayna Hyde; his sisters, Peggy Lanell Motley of Ennis, TX. and Glenna Louise Wiley; his grandchildren, Breanna Michelle Owens Smith, Sara Katelynn Swearingen, Cortney Cheyenne Owens, Shaina Renee Owens, Jacob Kyle Swearingen, Laura Lee Grace Carson, Tommy Lee Dae Carson and Madison Jean Maldonado; his great grandchildren, Eleanor May Smith and Emarie Grace Smith; and his great great grandchildren, Blayne Paxton Watson, Nola Marie Boyd and Amaryllis Diahann Gryder. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
