He was predeceased by: his father William "Buck" J. Walker, Jr.; and his siblings, Michael Walker, Steve Walker and Debbie Sanders. He is survived by: his mother Dora Jones Walker; his wife Keron Dee Bannerman; his children, Brandi Lynn Walker and John Walker, Jr.; his grandchildren, Austin Michael McRight, Alexa Marie Walker and Pretti Marnell Walker; and his siblings, Keith Robert Walker, Dale Sauget and Debie Pirkle. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends.
His final place of employment was at Hunt Aviation, where he took pride in helping care for their 2 corporate jets, however, this job which he loved, was cut short due to the pandemic and then his cancer diagnosis.
