It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Ray Lewis of Mabank, Texas, born in Ennis, Texas, who passed away on July 1, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis and Christine Lewis; and his brother Billy Don Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Gail Autry Lewis; his children, Adam Lewis, Jonathan Lewis (Joanna), Benjamin Lewis (Amy) and Rachel Schauer (Tim); his grandchildren, McKenna, Evan, Robin, Jillian, Andrew, Will, Jack, Elliot, Asa, Judah, Ezra, Moriah, Isaiah and Anna; and his siblings, John Lewis, Jack Lewis (Toni) and Melinda Blackburn.
