He is survived by: his wife Kim Deann Gordon Cook; his children, Christina Kate Cook Taylor (Jessie Dale Taylor) of Weatherford, TX, Jesse Galen Cook of Weatherford, TX, Staci Nicole Ciardo Moore (Ryan Wade Moore) of Fort Worth, TX and Ryan Scott Ciardo (Jenna Marie Owen); his grandchildren, Sammie Beth, Jagger Wade, Marlee Grace and Benny Scott; his brother Danny Charles Cook (Dannis Denise Green); his nephew Rylan Daniel; and his pets, Pepper, Abby and Sunny Bird. He is also survived by other loving family members and many more friends.
