He is survived by: his children, Pamela (Stephen Bales), Paula Scroggins and Earl Nelson Scroggins Jr.; his grandchildren, Sarah (Craig Parker), Jason Bales and Tracy Jewel Lucy Scroggins; and his great grandchildren, Hannah, Haley, William Bales, Chloe and Caleb Parker.
