He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert Howell and Joy Howell; and his niece Kyna Palmer. He is survived by: his children, Robert Howell (Teonna), Christopher Howell (Jana), Caine Howell (Melody) and Juli Howell; his grandchildren, Audrey Donhue, Keeley Taylor, Kameron Taylor, Claire Howell and Grace Howell; and his siblings, Cleve Howell (Phyliss), Rosemary Palmer and Janice Howell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
