He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Oram and Beulah Oram; and his siblings, Henry Floyd Oram (Mary), Christina H. Oram and Elsie May Oram Murray.

He is survived by: his wife Sue Oram; his daughters, Carol Fox (Joe) and Jerilyn Paladino (Carl); his grandchildren, Jason Fox (Lindsey), Julie Brown (Benjamin), Jill Fox, Jeremy Holthaus and Jenna Holthaus; his great grandchildren, Jake, Ellie, Leela Fox, Jade and Brooks Brown; his nephews, Dave Oram (Terrie) and Gerald Oram; his niece Janis O. Schafer (Joe); his great-nieces, Caitlyn Drane (Bradley), Julia Cruz (Raul) and Janelle Schafer; and his great-nephew Erik Oram. He is also survived by grand nieces and nephews, and many lifelong friends.

In lieu of flowers, Chuck's family requests donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Chuck's favorite charity.
