He is survived by: his parents, Willis Fields and Victoria Fields (Favorite); his grandchildren, Eloise Henderson, Willis and Hazel Fields; his daughter Bella Smith; and his siblings, Kari Atherton (Jonathan), Robert Smith (Brittany) and Tonya Fields Somerville. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous other family friends.
