With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Wayne Dyer of Mabank, Texas, who passed away on December 2, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Nada Roylene Smith-Dyer; his parents, Chester Arvin Dyer and Thelma Adeline Cook-Dyer; his brother Jack Dyer; and his granddaughter Shellie Dawn Haley.
He is survived by: his wife Imogene Spurger-Dyer; his children, Billy-Russell, Adam Dyer (Cara) and Tracy Dyer-Rash (Jeff); his children-in-law, Angela, Traci, Cara and Jeff; his grandchildren, Brittany, Corey, Mariah, Sierra, Jeffery, Rivers, Briar, Becca, Zachary, Hagen, Cooper and Keaton; and his great grandchildren, Hannah and Teagan.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Eubank Cedar Creek (601 S 3rd St, Mabank, TX 75147). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Beacon Church of Christ (146 Harbor Point Rd, Gun Barrel City, TX 75156).
