It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Thompson of Mabank, Texas, born in Crosby, Texas, who passed away on December 31, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Sirocka; her husband Gilbert Thompson; and her grandson Alan Sauceda. She is survived by: her children, Carol Sauceda and Mitchell Thompson (Karen); her grandchildren, Salvador Sauceda (Hannah), Troy Thompson (Stephanie) and Tara Skinner (Brian); her great grandchildren, Gavon Skinner, Avery Thompson, Harper Thompson, Gilbert Thompson, Charlotte Skinner, Harlee Skinner, Samuel Sauceda, Hali Sauceda Timothy Sauceda and Lucas Sauceda; and her brothers, Alan Sirocka and Richard Sirocka (Judy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
