We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2020, at the age of 81, Alonzo Bennett (Mabank, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his fathers, Cecil Louise Bennett and James Bennett; his wife Bessie Bennett; his daughters, Melinda Bledsoe and Sherrie Blaylock; his daughter-in-law Suzanne Bennett; and his sister Roseanne Tyler.

He is survived by: his children, Ramona Bennett and Mark Bennett; his sister Joann Tyree; and his close friend Donna Gibbs Mengel. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren.
