He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Naegelin and Emma Naegelin; his wife Nelda Naegelin (Yarbrough); his former wife Velva Naegelin (Holden); his siblings, John Naegelin, Sr., Dob Naegelin, Theresa Carroll, Alfreda Hall and Augusta Ritchie; and his close friend Preston Gray.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Sue Van Hecke, Dixie Lee Trammel, Marsha Ann Geiger, Ronald Lee Henderson and Richard Lynn Henderson; his sister Adrene Bracewell; and his close friends, Bobby Cargile and Cullen Whitney. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
