He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Carrillo and Amada Carrillo; his wife Natalia Alvarez Carrillo; and his siblings, Domingo Carrillo, Esteban Carrillo, Martin Carrillo, Severo Carrillo, Fabiana Carrillo Alaquinez and Louisa Carrillo Aguilar.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Carrillo and Lorinda Inocencio (David Gremar, Jr.); and his granddaughter Angeline H. Inocencio. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
