He is survived by: his wife Eileen Alvarado; his children, Willy Alvarado, Francisco Alvarado, Jr., Robert Penn, Joseph Penn, Brenda Moreno, Mary Ann Alvarado, Sarah Melendez and Grace Villegas (Ruben); and his sisters, Angie Alvarado, Juanita Alaquines and Belinda Collins. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
