He was predeceased by: his parents, Felipe Alfaro and Victoriana Cuellar Alfaro; and his daughter Cristina Solis. He is survived by: his wife Consuelo Hernandez Alfaro; his children, Lisa (Scott Hudson) and Frank Eduardo (Michelle Grajeda); his granddaughters, Danielle Solis, Abigail Grajeda, Zora and Althea Hudson; his siblings, Evangelina Deleon, Pedro (Lupe), Gilberto and Ricardo (Isabel); and his siblings-in-law, Manuela Hernandez, Gloria Ybarra (Augustin), Esther Hernandez, Beatriz Hernandez, Enadelia Hernandez, Jesus Hernandez and Santos Hernandez (Carolyn). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Everyone attending is asked to wear a mask during visitation and mass.
