He was predeceased by: his parents, Eufemio DeLeon, Sr. and Paulita R. DeLeon; his brother Carlos DeLeon; and his parents-in-law, Felipe C. Alfaro and Victoriana C. Alfaro.
He is survived by: his wife Evangelina DeLeon (Eva); his daughter Lisette M. DeLeon; his siblings, Mary Gomez (Richard), Richard DeLeon and Pete DeLeon (Maria); and also Diana Mill (Robert). He is also survived by in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
