He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Gradus Johnson and Virginia Lee Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Francis Johnson of Lytle; his children, Jennifer Hearn, Candie Rose, Lisa Flores (Peter), Robert Esparza (Meghan) and David Esparza (Veronica); and his siblings, Donna Walker (Tilmon Lee), Jean Geise, Kay Burkhart (George), John Mark Johnson and Kathy Rowan. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
