He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Parker and Ava Parker of Santa Monica; and his sister Kathy Bates. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his sons, Bryan (Kim Parker), Steven (Lisa Parker) and Andrew (Heather Parker); his grandchildren, Morgan, Hudson, Nathan, Toby, Casey, Micah, Hayden and Haley; his brother John; and his siblings-in-law, Pam Parker, Larry Bates and Becky Banks. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the Parker family asks that donations be made to First Baptist Church Weslaco.
