He is survived by: his children, Paul Garcia (Myrna Irene), Raymond Garza (Monica), Belinda Jane Cavazos (John) and Cesar Garcia Jr.; his grandchildren, Christian Garcia, Alejandro Garcia, Robert Raymond Garza II, Robert Raymond Garza III, Ashley Garza, Reagan Rae, Ryen Garza, Andrew Cavazos and Samantha Cavazos; and his sisters, Elda Stillman, Alma Martinez and Sylvia Martinez. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends.
