It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alden Nels Johnson (Lyford, Texas), who passed away on March 31, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Johnson and Esther Johnson; and his siblings, Chester Johnson (Enid), Gordon Johnson (Cordelia), Conrad Johnson, Rosemond Bell (Leroy), Gladys Weaver (Thurman), Evangeline Trolinger (E. H.) and Beatrice Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Swedish and Spanish; his wife Kathleen Dodson of Santa Rosa; his sister Eleanor Studebaker (Joe) of Kingsland; and his children, Richard Johnson (Cheryl) of Harlingen, Ann Jud (Mark) of Marble Falls, Wayne Johnson (Susan) of Dripping Springs, Lynn Johnson (Tami) of Harlingen and Sherry Johnson of Katy. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and special friends.
