He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Juan Sr. and Emma Elizabeth Krueger Arroyo; his sister Ana Maria Arroyo; his wife Cynthia Marie Arroyo; his daughter Amber Harvey; and his brother Pedro Juan Arroyo Jr..
He is survived by: his grandsons, Dustin Gallier, Justin Gallier and Zachary Gallier (Nicole).
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lumberton Family Funeral Home (766 S Main St, Lumberton, TX 77657). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
