In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Mary Elizabeth leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Mary Elizabeth may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Truman Perry; her husband Everett James Linscomb, Sr.; and her mother Ruthie May McFadden Bivens. She is survived by: her children, Lois Kucera (Mark Kucera) of Lumberton, Everett James Linscomb, Jr. (Marinell) of Beaumont, Sharon Wilkerson (Carl Wilkerson) of Nederland and Betty Linscomb of Beaumont; her stepsiblings, Pat Lawrence and Eddie Perry; and her stepmother Mildred Perry of Vidor. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and including her many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Broussard's Mortuary (1605 N Major Dr, Beaumont, TX 77713). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (4955 Pine St, Beaumont, TX 77703).
