With solemn reverence, we commemorate Lou Green of Lumberton, Texas, whose life came to an end on January 18, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hunter Green and Vera Green (McCain); his sisters, Naomi Ruth Kurtz (Bill), Dorothy Mae "Dot" Stewart (Robert "Hoot") and Joann Hebert (Raymond "Bubba"); and his sister-in-law Josephine Green.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Green; his sons, Greg Green (Kathy) of Lumberton and Jeff Green (Trish) of Fannett; his brother Jack Green of Lake Charles; and his grandchildren, Daniel Green, Jennifer Green, Chad Harris, Lori Harris and Tanner Green. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Broussard's Mortuary (1605 N Major Dr, Beaumont, TX 77713). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Broussard's (1605 N Major Dr, Beaumont, TX 77713). A burial was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (4955 Pine St, Beaumont, TX 77703).
