He is survived by: his wife Catherine Dale; his sons, Keith (Pam) and Marion (Marty); his grandchildren, Austin (Jeana) and Maegan Rathmann (James); his great grandchildren, James Todd, Maeble Jean, Bode Harlen and Zachary Zadok; and his siblings, Alvin McKnight (Dorothy) and Aline Main. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
