He was predeceased by: his parents, Avie Joyce Jordan and Edward Haskell Pollock; his siblings, William Pyeatt, Jr. and Patricia Welch; his sister-in-law Patsy Wayne Squyres; and his son-in-law Jerry Read Isaacks.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Squyres Pollock; his nieces and nephews, Waynette Pollock Isaacks, Paul Pollock (Cheryl), Roger McElroy (Gayle) and Diana Laurence (Donnie); and his grandchildren, Erika, Stormie (Caleb), Brittany (Taylor), Lacey, Justin (Inez), Darrin (Jessica), Nicholas, Audra (Paul), Brandon (Bobbie), Jennifer, Alicia, Amanda (Jerrick), Charles (Tessa) and Samantha (Austin). He is also survived by 28 great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Shafer Funeral Home (600 N John Redditt Dr, Lufkin, TX 75904-0353). A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (6348 FM 58, Lufkin, TX 75901).
