He is survived by: his children, Carl Murphy (Shannon), Carol Hoffer and Stacey Allen; and his siblings, Ellen Evans, Shirley Lout, Dell Wood, Lynn Gordon and Jerry Murphy, Sr.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
