He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Tiemann and Bertha Tiemann; and his siblings, Bud, Richard "Dick" Tiemann, Charlotte Betts, Shirley Glover and Carrie Cloud.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Gerveler Tiemann; his sons, Troy (Ginia "G. G." Tiemann), Brad (Patti Tiemann) and Darin (Jada Tiemann); his grandchildren, Jacob, Cheyenne Tiemann of Lufkin, Alec Tiemann of Houston, Brittany Tiemann of Galveston, Allison, Cody Bowman of Arnold, LoriAnne, Evan Horner of Nacogdoches, Ben Tiemann of Flint, Max, Drake and Conrad Tiemann of Lufkin; his great grandchild Asher Tiemann of Lufkin; his stepgrandchildren, Rachel Martinez of Denver and Jarret Raley of San Antonio; his siblings, William "Bill" (Sue Tiemann), Ruth Rose of Keokuk and Theresa (Buck Cameron); and his brothers-in-law, Duane Cloud of Jacksonville, Tom, Billie Jean Gerveler of Nashville and Bryan Winke of San Diego, California. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
