Johnson; his wife Annell Johnson; his children, Shelley (James Sparks), Paige (Tony Wade), Lisa (Rick Hensley), Bryan Blasingame (Kristy Burt) and Mike (Tammy Blasingame); his siblings, Virginia Stronks and Richard; his sister-in-law Dana Johnson; and his brother Dennis Johnson. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
