He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Washington Bell and Marie Jeanette Wright Bell; and his brother Mark Kevin Bell. He is survived by: his wife Joan Dickerson Bell; his brother James Neal; his sister-in-law Amy Bell; his brother Gary Bell; his nephew Wayne Lindsey Bell; his son Richard Craig; his daughter-in-law Casey Fain Bell; his granddaughters, Payton Ezrah Bell, Kayleigh Grace Bell and Kendra Faith Bell; his brother Rex; and his sister-in-law Bobbe Dickerson. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
