Patsy Evelyn Rios Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Evelyn Rios of Lufkin, Texas, born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on July 22, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Holloway and Violet Coffman Holloway; her son Charles Munnerlyn, Jr.; and her siblings, Joseph Holloway, Carolyn Fugitt and Maria Abner.

She is survived by: her husband Everado "Ed" Rios; her children, Shawn Palmer of Palatka, FL and Gordon Munnerlyn of Palm Harbor, FL; her brothers, Winston Holloway of Pine Bluff, AR and Kenneth Holloway of Malvern, AR; her granddaughter Brandi Palmer; her great grandchildren, Journee of Interlachen, FL. and Annalyn Palmer of Interlachen, FL.; and her niece Hannah Abner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
