Melva Gail Ecker Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2024, at the age of 67, Melva Gail Ecker of Lufkin, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Deggs and Dorothy Marie Deggs (Grammer). She is survived by: her children, Misty Deggs (Shawn Davis) of Lufkin, Sarah Thorpe (David) of The Woodlands and Zack Ecker (Brittany) of Baytown; her grandchildren, Alan Mettlen (Natalie Aguilar), Nathan Mettlen, Dylan Mettlen, Drew Freeman, Aidan Thorpe (Casey), KJ Thorpe, Georgia Thorpe, Madison Ecker and Brooke Ecker; and her great grandchild Olivia Mettlen. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
