She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo George Perkins and Mellie Mae Perkins (Garrett); her husband James Farmer; her siblings, Ora Belle and Cleo Perkins; and her daughter-in-law Sherian Welch.
She is survived by: her children, Rubin Welch of Hudson, Pamela (Douglas Enfinger) of Hudson, Rusty (Donna Farmer) of North Carolina and Debbie Kronkerman of Delaware; her grandchildren, Derek (Ashley LaCovara) of Lufkin, David Enfinger of Hudson, Kelsey Farmer, Kellan Farmer and Reece Farmer of North Carolina; her great grandchildren, Olivia LaCovara, Luke LaCovara, Preston Barringer, Parker Farmer and Ashton Barringer; and her sister Nellie Ivins of Neches, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
