He was predeceased by: his father Joe Anthony; and his sisters, Kathy Blackwell and Cindy Anthony. He is survived by: his mother Frankie Anthony; his sister Terry; and his brothers-in-law, David Carter of Little Elm and Neil Blackwell of Houston. He is also survived by three nieces; one nephew; and seven great-nieces and nephews.
