She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisca Delgado (Mendez) and Israel Delgado; her husband Harold Wood; her children, Donald Wood, Sherry Wood and Tammy Baker; her granddaughter Dehlia Rodriguez; and her sister Elva Lopez.

She is survived by: her children, Robert (Marina Wood), Hazel (Eduardo Perez), Charlene Jimenez (Mike Struck), Darlene Wood (Virginia), Joe Williamson (Christina Wood), Shirley Inocencio (Lori Galvan), Mike Wallace (BJ Baker) and Brenon Baker (Esther Aranza); and her grandchildren, Gabriel Jimenez, Adriana Perez, Dalila Perez, Robert Wood, Crystal Wood, Patty Wood, Linsi Mitchell, Wesley Mitchell, Kelly Wood, Nathanial Wood, Jonathan Struck, Christopher Struck, Justin Struck, Liza Perez and Ricky Roman.

Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carroway Funeral Home (2704 S John Redditt Dr, Lufkin, TX 75904). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

“My condolences to my Wood cousins. My heart knows exactly how your heart is feeling right now. To loose your only living parent after you lost your first parent. Just believe that Aunt Lily is without pain now. When I visited her in September. We prayed together, she held a very special cross that belonged to Daddy(Gilberto Lopez) When we prayed I felt the presence of God's spirit. God gave her 6 more months after the visit. Time to heal with her family. I will pray for all of you.”
