He is survived by: his wife Judy McPherson of Lufkin; his children, Vanessa Bridges of Lufkin, Kenneth McPherson Jr. (Melanie) of Moody and David McPherson (Pam) of Lufkin; and his grandchildren, Kacie Smith (Brandon) of Garland, Shane Bridges (Madison) of Killeen, Trey McPherson (Lisa) of Kosse, Alex Saxton (Dusty) of Moody, Kelcye Wallace (Jake) of Diboll, Cortland McPherson (Marissa) of Lufkin and Cutter McPherson of Lufkin. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carroway Funeral Home (2704 S John Redditt Dr, Lufkin, TX 75904). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Carroway Funeral Home Chapel (2704 S John Redditt Dr, Lufkin, TX 75904).

This was such a wonderful time to work with Ken. It was along time ago we had at that time Bill Busby, Glenn Pickard, Robert Covington, and myself,George Hamilton. It was a great team, Ken will greatly be missed, George Hamilton.”
