James Lawrence Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Lawrence of Lufkin, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 10, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward Lawrence and Helen Marie Lawrence (Forland); his wife Jonie Lawrence; his son Mike Lawrence; and his grandson Nick Leifeste.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Jarvis and Tim; his daughter-in-law Theresa Lawrence; his grandchildren, Susan (Jeff Espensen), Keri (Chris Nash), Chelsea (Colton Coon) and James T. Lawrence, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Ella Nash, Emma Espensen, Eden Espensen, Emery Coon, Caleb Nash, Brady Espensen, Ethan Scheusner, Tristan Leifeste and Bodhi Coon.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Whitehouse Cemetery (416 Whitehouse Dr, Lufkin, TX 75901).
