He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy Ruth Havard (Johnson); his sister Ima Jean Roberts (Havard); and his parents, Cliff Havard of Lufkin and Mary Gladys Havard (Tarbutton) of Lufkin. He is survived by: his children, Linda Diane Havard, Matt Havard (Mary), Nick Havard (Mei Ling) and Russ Havard (Samantha); his grandchild Zeke Havard (Olivia Toth); and his son Luke Havard.
