He is survived by: his wife Ann Maxwell; his stepdaughters, Stacey McCarty (Bryan) of Lufkin and Kristi Golden (Trey) of Lufkin; his grandchildren, Reed McCarty of New Braunfels, Mason McCarty of Lufkin, Savannah Haney (Patrick) of Lufkin and Sarah Lansford (Joseph) of Ft. Worth; his great grandchild Baker Haney; and his brothers, Harry Maxwell (Edna), Stanley Maxwell and Donald Maxwell.
